Objectives:1. To make more flexible training activities and academy quality control in CANSAC.2. To spread up CCNA & ITE training activities for RA instructors conducted by existing CATCs (most of them actual CCNP CATCs) in the region.3. To implement a collaborative model for instructor training, with other region CATCs like INACAP (Chile) & F.Proydesa (Argentina). ´4. To decentralize primarily the CCNA training activity for RA instructors, removing dependence on just one CCNA CATC in CANSAC.

Benefits:1. It becomes a less expensive, more achievable, affordable and easier operation to implement, because it is based on a local/geographic training context. 2. Directly will benefits instructors from potential RAs in the region and indirectly more than 900 existing instructors from LAs during FY09.

Why are we presenting this proposal?1. CCNA CATC for CANSAC (CNTI in Venezuela), will resign officially of this responsibility in a very short term.2. CANSAC Spanish speaking region with academies from 18 countries is critically depending on only one CCNA CATC. .
