The Idaho Fish and Game Depart-ment said that many of the citationshanded out by conservation officersduring October, November anI] De-cember are for not properly punch-ing big game tags ~d attachingthem immediately to animals theyhave harvested.

Hawley HIH, Chief of ConservationEnforcement, commented, "Of 204 ci-tations Issued during October, 46were for not properly punching big

e tags.. Figures for November'd December arrests are not avaH-

able at this Ume. Totals for thesemonths during 1971 show that 175citations were issued for simaar biggame vio]ations„with 65 for improp-er tagging."

"Hunters are required to punch

the tags correct]y," HHI added, "Con-servation oficexs must issue citationsunless tags are punched when gameis shot. There always is the possi-biHty that an unpunched tag may beused again. Improperly punched tagsalso foul up stiUsticai managementstudies which use the togs for in-

a number of citations each fall. Hill

said„"The ]aw requires a]l hunters

and fishermen to stop at checkingstaUons whether they have been suc-

cessfu or not, if a staUon is in line

of travel. Gita Uons are issued

when people do not stop."

FACIAL SAUNASThere is no medical evidence that

fsdal sauna devices are helpful in

re]ievin acne or wrinkles according

to the idaho Med]ca] Association. In fact. physidans have seen some

acne worsened by facial saunas.Facial saunas are electrical units

wldch heat water and release steam

to whlc]r the face is exposed. The

effect, is similar to that achieved by

putting a hot, wet towe] on the face. The dalm Is that the device causes

the skin to perspire, cleaning it d

down but perspiration wHI not flueout pores, nor is steaming enough tocleanse the face.

Excessive perspiration can aggra-vate acne In some cases.

'Facial sauna may temporarily in-

crease circulation «nd introduce nitsa bit of moisture into the upper ay-ers of the skin but they wH] noterase wrink]es.
