Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) 2015
Information about the Japanese Language Proficiency Test “Nihongo Nouryoku Shiken” 2015 organized by
JLPT Administration Committee in Ukraine (Japanese Teachers’ Association of Ukraine).
The Japanese Language Proficiency Test “Nihongo Nouryoku Shiken” 2015 will be held in Kyiv. This is the official test evaluating Japanese language proficiency in Japan and all over the world on the same day. Please see the Japan Foundation website（http://www.jlpt.jp/）
for details.

3 Test site

5 Application Procedures (Acquisition of application form and Acceptance) 1) If you are enrolled in the local university or institute which have the Japanese language course or section,
your institute or the other university in same city organizes the application. Please ask to your teacher. (including Moldova ) 2) The other applications will be accepted ONLY in Kyiv.

6 Neccesary documents for JLPT application
• Application form, entered (filled-in) • 2 photos (same photo in each) • Test fee *all applicants other than the applicants of Kyiv are requested to pay it on test day.

*2 Any applications by mailing, internet or e-mail cannot be accepted.
To certify an applicant's identity, please show the identifying document to the receptionist.
*3 Once the applicants submit the application, they MUST pay the test fee, even in case of being absent in the test.
7 In case of delay or cancellation by unforced trouble
1) If there is bad weather (storm, heavy snow etc.) or terrorism etc., the test may be delayed or cancelled. If the test is not conducted within the same day as a result of delaying the start time, the test will be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the applicants can carry over to next test in 2014 (in the same test site, same level) or the test fee (excluded the fee for application form) will be fully or partially refunded.
2) The test fee is not refunded and the schedule of the test is not arranged for late-comers and absents by the reasons of traffic jam, delay of metro or bus to the test site or sickness, etc.
