A) Introduction A program of diamond drilling was carried out by Falconbridge Limited between May 4-10, 2006. The program was aimed at evaluating AEM targets identified from a MegaTEM airborne survey completed over the area in 2000. A single diamond drill hole was completed in Carscallen Twp., Porcupine Mining Division for a total meterage of 244.5m. All drilling was completed by Forage Major of Val d'Or, QC.
B) Property Location & Access The property is located approximately 28km west of the City of Timmins, straddling the border between Whitesides and Carscallen townships. The block consists of 16 claims totaling 61 units in the Porcupine Mining Division (Fig. 1). A listing ofthe mining claims comprising the property is also given in the table below (Table 1 ). Access to the property area is via the all-weather Mallette logging road which turns north off of Hwy 101 E approximately 12km west of Timmins. A bush road turns south off of the Mallette Road at the 12km marker which travels through the property block. A series of skidder and ATV trails provide access to the CARS-41 grid itself (Fig. 2).

C) Previous Work Previous assessment work filed from the CARS-41 area is summarized below and
in Table 2. In 1964, Lucky Strike Explorations Limited ran magnetic, VLEM (vertical loop
electromagnetic) and detail HLEM surveys over a block of 24 mining claims along the western edge of Carscallen Township. The property covered the portion of the present Cars-41 survey area which is located in Carscallen Township. The grid on the property consisted of north-south lines spaced every 400 feet and picketed every 1 00 feet. The magnetic survey was run with a vertical field, fluxgate magnetometer. In 1964, four holes were drilled to test EM anomalies to the south of the present survey area.
In 1966, Mespi Mines Limited carried out a Crone JEM survey over a block of seventy-five claims which included the present Cars-42 survey area. In 1967, at least 7 diamond drill holes were sunk to test EM anomalies.
In 1968, Claw Lake Molybdenum Mines Ltd. ran magnetic and VLF (very low frequency) electromagnetic surveys over a block of ten claims directly to the south of the present CARS-41 survey area. The grid on the property consisted of north-south lines spaced every 200 feet and picketed every 100 feet. The magnetic survey was run with a vertical field fluxgate magnetometer and the VLF survey was run using Seattle Washington as the transmitter station. In 1969, four holes were drilled to test EM anomalies.
In 1972, Texas Gulf Sulphur Company ran magnetic and HLEM surveys over a block of 14 contiguous mining claims which included the present Cars-42 survey area and the eastern portion of the Cars-41 survey area. The surveys were conducted along northsouth lines spaced every 300 feet. The magnetic readings were taken with a fluxgate magnetometer and the HLEM survey was run with a 200 foot coil separation and a frequency of 1600 Hertz.
In 1987, the Geological Survey of Canada flew an airborne magnetic and EM survey over the Timmins area which included Carscallen Township (OGS, 1988). This survey was flown along north-south lines spaced approximately every 200 metres.
In 1989, F. Zoebelein ran magnetic and VLF-EM surveys over a block of 23 contiguous mining claims which included the present Cars-42 survey area. The surveys were conducted along north-south lines spaced every 400 feet. The magnetic readings were taken with a total field, proton precession magnetometer.
In 1994, Falconbridge Limited ran magnetic and HLEM surveys over a large claim block which straddled the Whitesides/Carscallen Township Line and included most of the present Cars-41 survey area. The surveys were conducted along lines oriented at 20° Az, spaced every 1 00 feet and picketed every 20 metres. The magnetic readings were taken with a proton precession magnetometer and the HLEM survey was run with a 150 metre coil separation and frequencies of 444 and 1777 Hertz.

Table 2 - Summary of previous assessment work.
D) Current Work Program Line-cutting and ground geophysics (HLEM, TEM & Mag) were completed over the CARS-41 grid area in the Spring and Summer of 2004. The surveys successfully outlined the targeted AEM conductor identified on the eastern portion of the CARS-41 grid. Diamond drilling was initiated in May, 2006. DDH CARS41-01 (244.5m) was completed on the eastern end of the CARS-41 grid. The hole intersected predominantly massive to pillowed mafic volcanic rock with minor felsic intrusives. The volcanics displayed weak chloritization with locally strong silicification. Only minor disseminated pyrite mineralization (tr-3%) was encountered throughout most of the hole however one short interval between 204-205m carried up to 10% quartz-carbonate vein hosted pyrite. Apart from this short interval of increased mineralization, no obvious explanation for the targeted EM anomaly was intersected by the hole. No significant assays were returned from the hole. Subsequent BHEM surveys identified several weak off-hole anomalies, none of which were interpreted to show any significant extent. Given the geology intersected by the hole and the weak nature of the off-hole responses, additional work on the target was not recommended.
