Ð Upon commencing the program, each referred job seekeris contacted by phone to engage in a pre-selectioninterview. At this time the job seeker will be sent alink to the online enrolment form, LLN and the courseoverview. The Trainer will then discuss with the jobseeker the expectations and outcomes of the program.

Ð The program is delivered via a virtual classroom. Thisonline environment provides secure group chat whereinteraction occurs between students and the Trainer.Assessments are also undertaken together via thegroup chat, led again by the Trainer to assist with anychallenges the job seeker face with any units.

Ð Additional activities such as Role Plays, CaseStudies, Mystery Shops and general discussionswill take place through the video chat, as well asIndustry Awareness and simulated workplaceactivities that meet program requirements.
