Looking for a Career in Retail Qualify Yourself in Retail Services Kickstart your career in entry level retail services via our Online Program Ð The ARA Retail Institute develop Retail Ready Jobs programs for your region that are delivered via video conferencing without any face-to-face contact. Ð Upon commencing the program, each referred job seeker is contacted by phone to engage in a pre-selection interview. At this time the job seeker will be sent a link to the online enrolment form, LLN and the course overview. The Trainer will then discuss with the job seeker the expectations and outcomes of the program. Ð The program is delivered via a virtual classroom. This online environment provides secure group chat where interaction occurs between students and the Trainer. Assessments are also undertaken together via the group chat, led again by the Trainer to assist with any challenges the job seeker face with any units. Ð Additional activities such as Role Plays, Case Studies, Mystery Shops and general discussions will take place through the video chat, as well as Industry Awareness and simulated workplace activities that meet program requirements.
