Grantor Carr-Gottstein, Inc., conveyed and granted sixty-two(62) parcels to Grantee Carr-Gottstein Associates, by W,arrantyDeed dated December: 27, 1990, and recorded December 28, :l990 inBook 02111 on pages 987 through 993, in the Anchorage Recl:>rder'sOffice, which deed is incorporated in and made a part. of thisinstrument as fully and to the same effect as if set forth inthis instrument in its entirety.
