• Financial Institution – Logs into TRACcess Manager server www.traccessmanager.com • Selects System Tab and choose or add your Vendor and sent an “Invitation to Participate” • Vendor accepts invitation through TRACcess Manager (TM) • Financial Institution sends to the Vendor the selected sites the vendor can access • Vendor then assigns site access permissions to their specific key holders • Vendor key holders now access and transmit access data when they open sites • All Vendor access activity is viewable by Financial Institution and Vendor

3) Requests an Authorization Code Code is E-mail, text or given over phone to key

holder
