Smart phones are advanced devices that offer a number of services that an individual particularly in our Youth would desire to have! What makes things worse, newer and newer technology is being developed day by day caysing anxiety.

Due to the fact that this device is so dominant and addictive like a drug, the user’s eyes are forever glued on the screen of their smart phone for countless hours! This means they hardly talk people and prefer to communicate via their smart phone.

With distraction from these, phones, one is not able to progress in may ways. These so-called devices rule us and become our new companions.
