Energy Harvesting Power Supply Capability Summary
General Description
The SC100 series of kinetic energy harvesters are
standalone power supplies for applications that demand
the benefits of cord-free electric power.
Strength Companion’s patented design eliminates costly
maintenance issues and usability limitations associated
with battery-powered devices.
These unique power supplies can be mechanically
coupled to exercise equipment to provide a regulated DC
voltage suitable for electronics such as sensors, displays,
and wireless communications devices.
The SC100 output power ratings range from 200mW to
1W. Optimized for strength equipment, variants exist for
coupling to a translating or rotational source of motion.
Built-In Exercise Sensing
Reduce product costs by leveraging the built-in SC100
activity processing engine, accessible via industry
standard serial communications.
