What can go wrong?

!emails are not received / take a long time!- user reputation - soft/hard bounces (email provider blocks email) - spam folder - from yahoo to yahoo (can happen) - mandrill issues (rare) !contacts !- typos in contacts email (invalid email addresses in my account) - duplicate contacts might result in duplicate emails (solution coming) - unsubscribed contacts show up in contacts page - should be fixed !snapshotter!- thumbnail is missing - known issue: text quality in emails
