Zak Interiors is a Construction, Interior Project Management &
Consultancy Firm specialized in the Interior Design, Fit-out & FF&E for
Hotels, Commercial Spaces, Restaurants, Residences , Cinemas,
Theaters & Offices, on a Turn-Key Job basis.
We provide pre-design and contract administration services including
project planning and schedule oversight. We assist in constructability
reviews, bid evaluation, submittal review and document management
services. We assist in value engineering, quality control and ongoing
project delivery services.
We assists Owner’s in selection of the design consultants and construction
team members and leads due diligence efforts to ensure the feasibility and
viability of a site. We review lease and purchase agreements to protect the
Owner’s interests.
We represent the Owner during design, assisting in program management
and providing cost estimating. During construction we assist in value
engineering and quality control as well as submittal review. We provide
ongoing project delivery services, including change order tracking and
cash flow projections. We also oversee move-in and conduct post
occupancy reviews and evaluation.
The company cooperates with a Worldwide Network of the best
companies in the Decoration & Furnishing sector, thus enabling the Middle
East Market Clients to benefit from the company’s International

Zak Interiors operates its headquarters from Beirut-Lebanon and has
liaison offices in GCC.

FF&E Selection and Specification
As a Designer/Vendor, we give the client alternative choices during the
selection process, arranging for samples and mock-ups and assisting in
developing new furniture standards based on their needs. Design is extremely
important to us — we know how to make recommendations that compliment
and accent the architectural design, while at the same time meet the functional
and budgetary requirements for the project.
FF&E Procurement
Negotiation is a key advantage of our services. We deal directly with the
manufacturers to negotiate better terms, deeper discounts and better delivery
