Why Rightweight?We have an ethic within Croxsons, that states we do right, because it is the right thing to do.

We are marketers at heart, and appreciate the design aspect of a brand, so we use the name Rightweight, rather than Lightweight deliberately. It isn’t about stripping all the weight out of a bottle and leaving it design-less and ugly, but about getting the blend of being considerate to the manufacturing process, the design ethos of your brand, but also reducing the amount of energy going into the production process and reducing the total weight of the package.

For example, a 550g wine bottle, reduced to 500g, might lose 10% of the weight when empty, but when full , the total weight loss is 4%. To the average consumer, probably unnoticeable.

BVS / ScrewcapsThere is an on-going debate on the benefits of cork and screwcaps, so we are in a position to supply quality variants of screwcaps alongside our cork offering.

We concentrate on delivering not only standard and decorated Screwcaps at class leading pricing, but matched these to world class production facilities.

Under our Starvin® brand, we are able to offer a full range of sizes and decoration including hot foil stamping, off-set and litho printing and embossing. A full range of liners is also offered.

We also have high quality closures for hand application on BVS finish bottles.

Croxsons bring the original wine closure to market through a strategic relationship with the world’s leading producer of cork, Alvaro Coelho & Irmãos.

Offering a range of cork types, each is treated to the same high standards of inspection, production techniques and quality assurance, to ensure that your wine is kept how you intended.

CAPSULES

Capsules

Croxsons works with leading manufacturers of both PVC and Polylaminate capsules. A wide range of sizes is available with bespoke decorated designs, being available in around 4 weeks.

Many brand owners are finding that Polylaminate capsules can deliver a cost saving,a lower carbon footprint, and still retain the quality image when compared to tin.

Digital printed capsules, now mean that a custom design is available from just 5,000 units. This is being utilised increasingly, and is now seen on the new range of spirits by Adnams.
