Local Fair is a process in which individuals can develop. By providing a framework in which guidelines can be set the individual can be creator in a local neighbourhood. It is an interactive lifecycle of realizig, caring and sharing. Realizing is understanding the environment by learning informally or through eductaion models. Caring is taking responsibiliy for the community and being active in the community. Sharing enables to have more in a local neighbourhood. More variety and flexibility can be installed in a communal space - more than an indiviual can own. It is the oppertunity of freedom, choices and involvement. Local Fair is a tool for a new sustainable thinking in an social environment.

1 - commiting and taking responsibility, protection of objects and context, respecting privacy, dignity and time2 - no expulsions: everyone should have their personal judgment, small community means knowing oneselves and each other3 - mediation and self moderation, taking local responsibility and engagements, democratic and transparent local election system4 - currency are values: time, donation, sharing goods and service

A Community Space is the heart of a Local Fair it is enriching the possibilities of the indiviual by providing service systems for daily routine and special wishes. It is a self led community in which every individual can decide wheather to take part or use the private space. By establishing a big, working communal area the individual will always be moving towards the communal space in order to use the services that are provided and to which one has no access to in the private space. The community is a highly technical developed and professionalized service system for the modern lifestyle.

Who are the Incubator?- This concept is for local neighbourdhoods and city planning. The city authority and policy can implement such comunal space. - Designer need to think towards such systems and create services. In that way the value shift can be guided.- Information, communication, education and actions can also encourage people to use a local neighbourdhood space.
