Hello John! There are many things to consider to create a good website. I’ve created this presentation to show you some of my ideas.

In this presentation, I will talk about three main things:

o Concept

o Color

o Tone

Concept The concept of your website will help structure your contents.

A good layout can influence your site visitors to stay and interact with your website.

Placing an interesting background image behind a section is a good way to catch the readers’ eyes.

Too much information can overwhelm the reader and cause them to skip ahead.

Keep it concise.

In this example, only a short description is provided for each product along with its’ key features. A link is also provided for the full description of the product.

Providing a call to action, such as a button, invites the readers to interact with your website.

Color Colors help light up the pages of your website. They add personality to your page. Your chosen color scheme can serve as your site’s identity.

Your color scheme can be based off the colors of your logo.

You can also pick colors that support the image contents of your page.

If the content has various colors, it is best to have a neutral color scheme (black/white).

Tone How do you want your website to be perceived by your readers?

This will depend on your target audience. The tone of your site can be casual or professional.

Without even reading the page, you could easily tell the target audience of a website.

A professional tone is straight to the point and gets the information across.

A casual tone can be fun to read. It draws the reader through visual illustrations.

That concludes my presentation.

Please let me know what you think. I’m looking forward to your feedback. It is in my best interest to carry out the design that is best for your website.

Thank you!
