Common sense is your no.1 tool.

1. Slow down and walk through the process from a users perspective.Imagine that the users are you at your least sober moment.

3. Break down the tasks into more step-by-step detailed subtask.

• When are they likely to get frustrated?

• How can we anticipate their needs?

• How can we speed up their learning process?
