According to the old adages, it is the little things in life that count and the best things come in small packages. This can be acutely true where user experience is concerned. The devil is in the detail. Most online businesses don't have the resources to do huge user experience testing and development and far from being a hurdle to overcome, it can actually prove to be very powerful to concentrate only on testing and measuring very small changes. When you take a microscopic approach to user experience and interface design, the results are often surprising and can lead to higher conversion, better customer satisfaction and improved functionality. Sometimes the best result is just make our user's smile. In this talk Ringo Moss shares some of his favourite user experience details and case studies of tiny changes that can make huge differences to your online business.
