These slides were for a Social Media workshop, held March 2012, for the Digital team of the ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs unit. For my 15-minute section, I was tasked to discuss the effect of usability norms (scanning, how eyes generally go through a website in an "F") on formatting content (bullets, titles).
