Our Vision for the Orunia Marketplace

We envision a marketplace that serves as the heart and soul of the Orunia community. This marketplace would be a forum for

both selling and buying local goods and healthy foods. Furthermore, we believe that this marketplace could serve as a

currently lacking public space where people from all walks of life may congregate. Members of the community might enjoy a picnic, listen to musicians, or learn about how to start their own

gardens. It is in this space that we envision economic prosperity and a revitalization of community and sense of

place in Orunia.
