North Memorial’s clinics located in Maple Grove and Elk River provide an interdisciplinary approach involving Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy.
Our goal is to help children reach their potential by fostering development and providing rehabilitation services as needed. We also rehabilitate the adult population in order to reintegrate the individual back into their home and community environments successfully.
Our interdisciplinary team of professionals provides each individual from birth on with a comprehensive evaluation of his or her development level, including daily living skills, perceptual-motor skills, speech and language skills, cognitive levels, sensory processing, and motor control.
We work closely with family members and caregivers to develop an individualized treatment program. We also coordinate our services with schools, community agencies, places of employment, primary care physicians, and other professionals involved in the patient’s care. A physician’s order is required for most services.
