Custom Battery Box for the Winch includes a waterproof 12 volt
accessory plug, solar charge controller, and extension cord to operate the
winch remotely from the dock.
Dock Box with Solar Panels for battery maintenance. Custom
sewn Bimini Top, and Boat Cover, both made from
Sunbrella UV protected fabric.
Top of the engine cover is made from Starboard, and edge strengthened with epoxy coated fiberglass cloth. Mounting bolts were inserted and
fixed in place with epoxy before marine vinyl and foam were added.

Rear cushion started as a solid piece of ¾” starboard.
Used this router to form and round the edges
Routed out material across the entire back rest which reduced the weight by 4.5 lbs.
3.5” stainless steel mounting studs in the back rest. Plus stainless steel staples.
Finished floating side seats and rear cushion. Buttons were made from cabinet
knobs.
Removable floating seats on each side of the engine cover are made from plywood that encapsulatedin fiberglass cloth and epoxy.

Engine cover with dry fit for foam.Learned a secret from a professional upholster. Cut the foam 1” larger for fuller cushions.
Speaker in the front of the engine cover is backed with a 1/16” steel plate coated with epoxy to prevent rust.
Engine cover parts prepped with epoxied mounting screws.
Covered with foam and Marine Vinyl and Ready for final assembly
Using one of the long needles and a stainless steel cable to help pull the parts together

Purchased the top of these back to back seats from Walmart, then fabricated the bottom with foot rests and storage flap side panel using plywood covered with epoxy, fiberglass cloth and marine vinyl.Base of the seats is starboard with hinges that go 1800 ,900 and 450

These sticks are holding up an 8ft length of pool noodle. I used a food slicer to cut off the top ½”, then used the noodle to cover the wires and glued it to the ceiling with marine goop.
A 2” piece of PVC pipe was cut in half then epoxied to the part of the cabin wall where the tan ceiling carpet will meet the white wall carpet. Five ¼ 20 nuts were glued into the split pvc as anchors for screws with knurled tops to hold a varnished border pieces of wood.
Wood was hand rubbed with teak oil, then coated with 5 layers of clear polyurethane, with ultrafine sanding between each coat.
The white material on the wall is sprayed on flex seal for an additional moisture barrier.
Aluminum windows were removed and are being powder coated, re-tracked and fit with new plexiglass.

Per my son Jason, I added a knob and handle to lift the toilet cover for the grands. The cover sits under the hatch. It is completely covered in heavy duty fiberglass cloth and epoxy for 100% protection from moisture.

Teak, step down into the cabin, doubles as a shower platform
Portable Sun Heated Shower hangs from the Bimini Top together with the Sun Shower Enclosure over the Teak Step.
Drain in front of the cabin door was enlarged to accommodate a portable shower that can be suspended from the Bimini top.
Upholstery fabrication, plywood is totally encapsulated in fiberglass cloth and epoxy.
