DESIGN CONCEPT

Many of us are captivated by rich classic interiors observed by elegant, glamorous, practical, and present today. The goalistocreateadesignwithspecificmood-theambianceofaretroandluxuriousmodelunitskeepingtheinfluenceoftheartdecostyle-Astylewithbold,colorful,showy,anddramatic characteristic, leading to fashionable, stylish, and alluring design. To create this unique mood, marble, glass, leather, chrome, and other luxurious material are utilized.The units should be very true to their location with whimsi-cal palette of color and style with geometric and abstract patterns, sun motif, animal prints, fan and stepped ziggurat shapes,andstylishflowers.Finishesshouldbeconsistentacross unites with upgrades to the larger one. The larger unit musthaveaccessiblerestroom.Theceilingis10’-0”,andthesubfloorisconcrete.Theimplicationiscreative,urban,andindustrial association that would appeal to retiree, couples, and families, serving as both permanent resident or vacation properties

• The Home is a fully integrated, self sufficient building

system, using local materials to meet all the needs of the

occupants for comfort, water, sanitary waste, electricity,

hot water and cooking, without the need for central

power, water or sewer.

• The Home is fully integrated into the natural energy flows

and organic processes of the local environment.

• The system uses the sun to heat the home, heat water,

cook food and to generate electricity.

• Clean rain water is collected and stored for drinking and

bathing.

• Kitchenandtoiletwasteiscompostedtorichfertilizerfor

the family garden.

• The system consists of rain and gray water systems,

solar water heater, solar electricity, solar oven, and high

performance windows.

• All the material are made of natural or renewable

resources.

Children learn best through active play and exploration in a stimulating and creative

environment. This is accomplished by comfortable carefully planned facility that provides

privacy, flexibility, freedom for exploration, variety, and enough complexity. A spacious

lobby greets guests and families with a welcoming, inviting, and professional reception

area with a closet circuit monitoring. Predictability, the right amount of empty spaces

and storage, and clear pathway, all are contributing factors to a truly great facility.

clienteleintheupperKirbydistrict,Forheaven’s

Sweet Café features a chic, warm, and sexy lunch

spot that draws upon a contemporary aesthetic from

theBoutiquewithmanyuniquetwists.Inspiredby

the sparkles of the store’s jewelry and the rich home

scents sold in the boutique, For Heaven’s Sweet Café

showcases materials with elegant, chic, and energetic

touch.Diversityandflexibilityaremainkeyelement

in the design concept for both the café and boutique.

Stone textured walls intended to create a harmony

between the two divisions. Architectural and decorative

elements used to add the stylish expression especially

in the restaurant area and complement the accessories

oftheshop.Movabledisplaysallowsflexibilityinthe

layout as well as plenty of storage.
