Empathise

Understand the Experience, Situation & Emotions of people who you are working for.

1. Observe user behaviour in the context of their lives2. Engage with people to understand their problems3. Watch & Listen, ask the users to perform tasks


Define

1. Process and user point of view2. Who are going to use your product3. Define user needs and how will you fulfill them4. Express insight you developed and define principle


Ideate

1. Creativity: understand the problems and find solutions2. Make use cases and user journeys3. Define roles4. Help users what they want5. Make modules6. Do concept model, Information architecture, User flows,

wireframes, Interaction design and Visual design.


Prototype1. Provide users with prototypes, to get the actual

experience of product2. Note down their experiences, and you will be able to

identify the problems they are facing3. Create Storyboard & User flows based on this.4. Tools available for prototyping are (Invision, Flinto,

Mockflow, UXpin etc)


Test

1. Ask for feedback on your prototype from users2. Learn from your users3. Reframe your flow and your prototype4. Test it again from user
