Program: Cultural and Art Exhibitions Building.
Address: Avda. Julio Herrera y Reissig -Parque Rodó, Montevideo, Uruguay.
Floor Area: 37.674 sqft.
Description: This building was designed considering the best sunlight orientation located inside the
Parque Rodó, one of the most important city green lungs of Montevideo. It has a great quality sunlight
and diverse vegetation. Due to the dimensions of the site, the proposal for this project was a lengthwise
building.
Subject: Architectural design. First drawing sketches, design, planning, and project documents of all the
technical and structural aspects: definition of materials to be used, structure calculation, electricity and
ilumination facilites design, sanitation and water facilites design, thermal conditioning. The student
must hand over a folder with all the planimetry of the aboved mentioned designs.
Status: Never built: undergraduate final work. Mark: 96%

Program: Control Building for an Electric Wind Farm Substation.
Address: Juan Pablo Terra Village, Javier de Viana Municipality, Artigas, Uruguay.
Floor Area: 4.790 sqft.
Description: The objetive of this autonomous building is to control the electricity from the wind farm. It
has only one floor with two prisms with a north-south orientation. One of this prism has the technical
rooms and the other one has the services rooms. Both prisms are united and communicated through a
distribution hall where they get joined.
Subject: Architectural design. First drawing sketches, design, planning, and construction phases of all
the technical and structural aspects: definition of materials to be used, structure calculation, electricity
and ilumination facilites design, sanitation and water facilites design, fire facilities design, thermal
conditioning, telecommunications design, security design, etc. Also, the budgeting and cost
comparative studies, work progress follow-up, negotiation and election of the subcontracting company.

Program: Hall events design.
Address: Partida de Dalt, Ronda Oeste, Valencia, España.
Floor Area: 22.981 sqft.
Description: The objetive was to develop a hall events design building and the reconstruction and
remodeling of a wind mill with two new adjacent buildings: to create flexible volumes, and have the
possibility to join or divide them. Also, the landscaping design was very significant in this program (as
shown in the ground floor) to produce a variety of scenes for weddings, banquets, exhibitions, social
acts, etc.

Program: Shopping Mall.
Address: Candelaria city , 15 km from Cali, Colombia.
Floor Area: 231.424 sqft
Description: The big challenge of this project was to create a building that dynamically connect with the
geographical surroundings and provide an attractive experience for customers.
The main design concept is to integrate nature into the building, through a central half-open space that
allows to join together the different volumes that take part of this project.
Besides, we made use of the warm climate, allowing no limits between the inside and the outside of the
mall.
This building has only two different floors. Both have a variety of stores: supermarket, entertainment,
night club, a covered courtyard, service areas and parking lot.

Program: Housing Complexes.
Address: Dr. Manuel Oribe Street, Rocha, Rocha, Uruguay.
Floor Area: 11.334 sqft.
Description: This housing complexes were created with the State Social Program, to give more access
and help people with limited resources to pay their own house (law Nº18.795 and law Nº16.760).
The apartment building has 3 floors (first floor, second floor and third floor): six apartment for each story.
Each one has 624 sqft including common areas, with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining
room.
Subject: Architectural design, landscape design, planning, coordinating project and building
construction phases of all the technical and structural aspects: definition of materials to be used,
structure calculation, electricity and ilumination facilites design, sanitation and water facilites design,
thermal conditioning, etc. Also, the budgeting and cost comparative studies, work progress follow-up,

Program: Housing Complexes.
Address: Juan Zorrilla de San Martín Street, Rivera, Rivera, Uruguay.
Floor Area: 13.455 sqft
Description: This housing complexes were created with the State Social Program, to give more access
and help people with limited resources pay their own house (law Nº18.795 and law Nº16.760).
The apartment building has three blocks, each block with three floors (first floor, second floor and third
floor): six apartment per level. Each one has 656 sqft including common areas, with two bedrooms,
bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room. Besides, the complex contains one substation and one
multiuse room for owner’s community.
Subject: Architectural design, planning, coordinating project and building construction phases of all the
technical and structural aspects: definition of materials to be used, structure calculation, electricity and
ilumination facilites design, sanitation and water facilites design, thermal conditioning, etc. Also, the
budgeting and cost comparative studies, work progress follow-up, negotiation and election of the
subcontracting company

Program: Hotel.
Address: Passeig Marítim Neptú, Valencia, España.
Floor Area: 31.215 sqft.
For the realization of this project, we started from the premise of the existing Ducal apartment
complexes of Gandia Beach concept.
It involves a hotel building with an “U” form. It has the first and second floor, located in front of the
beach, crossing the street. Due to the spectacular place where it is located, most of the rooms are facing
the beach.
The swimming pool (water mirror) creates a imaginative pathway right to the sea. Furthermore, every
visitor or guest of the hotel must cross this entrance bridge (the main pivot of the project).

Description: This high-quality building is located in front of the beach. It has a total of 21 apartments
distributed in 11 floors. The swimming pool is at the 12th floor, besides there is another one at the first
floor.
There are two underfloors with parking area, also the first floor contains another parking space with two
retail store. It also has other ammenities such as: relax room, bath and sauna, multiuse room, etc.

Description: This high-quality building is located close to the beach. It has a total of 24 apartments
distributed in 9 floors.
There is one underfloor with parking area and also a parking space at the first floor. It has a multiuse
room, in the 10th floor.

It contains a total of 29 apartments: 9 units with 1 bedroom, and the other 20 units have two bedrooms

Description: This apartment building was created with the State Social Program, to give more access and

Is located at the north-centre of the city: 142 apartments, 4 multiuse rooms, underground floors with
123 parking places, 5 retail stores, and landscape design. It has a total of 8 towers. We are actually
constructing fromo tower 1 to tower 4 with 99 house units. The second fase of building will be towers 5 to
8.

Is located at the north-centre of the city. This building has a total of 26 apartments distributed over 13
apartment floors: 9 floors contains 2 units of 2 bedrooms each one, 3 floors contains 2 units of 1 bedroom
each one and the last floor has 1 studio flat. Also has an underground floor parking and first floor parking.
