NH Architecture was selected to design the $140 million development of the new Plenty Valley Town Centre for Westfield Management Ltd and DB RREEF Funds Management Ltd. This new centre is a substantial extension to the existing shopping centre located in McDonalds Road South Morang, delivering a floor area in excess of 50,000 square metres.

The design process has been a rewarding collaboration between the architect and client. This joint effort has enabled the development of a strong architectural design combined with the latest concepts in retail planning.
