DESCRIPTION

Few words make a team’s blood run cold like “site redesign.” They are a challenge for Fortune 50 companies with global teams and massive budgets; how can institutions with smaller teams and budgets take on the same challenge and keep their sanity? Like Johnny Cash sang, the key is to take it “One Piece at a Time.” I’ll show you ways an institution can rethink the challenges of design projects without getting bogged down or lost in the details. We’ll talk about ways to uncover areas for improvement, prioritize changes with key criteria and build a program of rolling changes.
