Introduction

Allow your Customers to Design their T-shirt Online. Provide the options like Edit T-shirt Color, Add Text, Upload an Image, Add ClipArt Online and then, Save the Design Online. As well, provide the share option via FB, Twitter and Email.

Change Product → Add Text Upload → Add Own Image → Add Clip Art → Add Notes → Add Names & Numbers

Save Design → Enter Email to see the Design where Customer want → Get a Quote → Checkout

3. Enter your Magento username and password for the Magento Connect Manager.

4. Under the ‘Direct package file upload’ section, select the Choose File button.

5. Select the file and click Upload

6. Click on Return to Admin

7. Go to System → Cache Management → Flush Magento Cache

8. To Complete installation, logout and log back into your Admin panel.


Installation Guide Step 2- After Installation

1. Login into Magento admin, here you would see "Ocode Designer" in top menu.


2. Go to Ocode Designer tab → Sample Products, and click on "Sample Products". By clicking that tab, Admin can create a sample product of Design Tool.


3. Go to CMS page & click on any CMS page where you want to insert design tool.


4. Now, Go to "Content Now" . Click on "Insert Widget" from the Widget Dropdown.


5. Here, select the "Widget Type" as “Ocodewire Design Tool”.


6. In "Widget Options" → “Select Frontend Template” as "Ocodewire Design Tool".


7. Click on Insert Widget → Design Section & choose "Page Layout" as "1Column" and “Save” Page.


7. Go to Front end and open that CMS page. Now you would see the “Ocodewire Designer” on that page with T-shirt.

Uninstallation Guide

1. Login to your Magento Admin Panel.

2. Go to System → Magento Connect → Magento Connect Manager.

3. Enter your Magento Connect Manager username and password.

4. Locate the extension you are uninstalling in the Magento Existing Extensions section.

5. Select Uninstall in the column Actions.

6. Click on Commit Changes and for the extension to be successfully removed.

7. Click on Return to Admin.

8. Go to System → Cache Management → Flush Magento Cache

Important Tips

1. After installing or uninstalling extensions, it is recommended to clear your cache.

2. You can do it from, Backend → System → Cache Management.

3. Select all cache types, then choose the Refresh action and click the Submit button.

4. Don’t forget to re-login after both these procedures.

How to Clear Cache

Note:- It is more preferable to flush Magento store cache by Deleting all the content in /var/cache/.

How to Make a Database Backup

1. Backup your data, before making any changes.

2. You can use a native backup tool in Admin Panel → System → Tools → Backups.

3. Click the Database Backup button, now the tool is copying the data from your store’s database to your local Database.

4. The Magento backup file appears in /var/backup/ after the procedure.
