My Logo PICTURE

Why the color?

• Purple is a calming color, it sets a mood of relaxation. I want people to think clear and calm when they see this. Purple draws you in and makes you think, that is what I want people to do when they see my logo, think and wonder.

Why the shape?

• I decided to do a cloud for a number of reasons, mostly because I just like clouds because they make me feel clam and light as air. For a more scientific reason, I took a quiz to tell me what shape I mostly likely represent and I drifted towards a circle, and squiggles, they both deal with being a people person which really represents me. I tried to incorporate both of them into one so being a cloud it has the structure of a circle but the edges of squiggles. The reason for putting two clouds instead of one was for showing that you aren’t alone and there are others out there to help.

Why the quote?

• This quote is one that I want to live by. Be yourself everyday of the year and don’t mind what others think/ say about you. Do what you want and be happy, don’t let others influence who you really are.

Why the picture?

• The picture really represents a child enjoying themselves at the beach doing their own thing, not having a care in the world. Younger kids tend to care less about what others think/say as well as not judging others themselves. I would like to take the example as a child and fit it into my own life and live it carefree.

Why the font?

• I didn’t want a font that was “blingy” or “flashy”. I wanted something simple, I didn’t want the font to get in the way of the image and message the words and picture had to offer.

Why the font color?

• The picture it’s self is pretty grey and gives off a more somber feeling which for me light blue has the same affect. Since the picture is grey and shows no other color then white the light blue font represents what the sky and the water would look like.
