Intro

 BULL Machines Pvt. Ltd is part of the 50-year old Engineering Group. Established in 1993, BULL Machines is a Coimbatore-based group. They started manufacturing of tractor attachment after that they converted tractor into earth moving machine. They got technical idea from Europe.

At first Sri. V.Parthiban was a 2nd generation entrepreneur. It was during 1993-1994 that he and a set of 5 to 8 members ventured out of their mother company. They took a small abandoned building of the mother company and started innovating their ideas, and it was at that time the concept of tractor attachments he started the company with an investment of 8 lakhs.

Though there were lot of failures in the upcoming company, through his courage and attitude to move forward based on the learning from mistakes, Sri. V.Parthiban has taken up the company to a greater heights.

Started from his family business of foundry and Now BULL holds the credit of being Asia’s No.1 tractor attachment manufacturer and leader in business

*As stated early it started 1993-1994

*They moved from the mother company and started on their project

*Vision “To Establish Ourselves”

*At first was a fail. Since the tractor was not able to hold the attachments (eventually the tractor broke into two)

*The 1st machine took 6 months to sell and it sold at 67% of its cost Production so at first It was running In a loss

*In 1999 the GIANT company Mahindra approached Mr.Parthiban with a proposal they would buy the bulls product and sell it under their name(Mahindra)

*And the Bulls rejected the proposal because they wanted to b recognized by the costumers and they wanted the product under their brand name BULL MACHINES

*So this made Mr.Parthiban that they were not far behind so they worked hard on the product

*And after 2 YEARS ,Mahindra comes back to MR.V.Parthiban with another proposal, implying the product will be sold under the name

“Mahindra Bull” but even this offer was refused by the Bulls

*And at last Mahindra again came to the Bulls with another proposal, saying that the product will be under the name

“Bull Mahindra", this deal was fixed and Mr.Parthiban worked with them for 4-5years

*During those years his company he wanted to interact with everyone of his costumers since his motto was “ADD VALUE TO THE COSTUMER”

Products

*Sri. V.Parthiban always said ”If there is a problem, there is always a solution and that solution automates INNOVATION”

*As of now the Bull Machines ltd is having a annual turnover of 6-7 crs

*It produces 38 different types of buckets where as in JCB company has only 4 types

*This company is able to produce 3,37,544 types of combination of the earth moving machines (incls. Different types of buckets,hydraulics,general structure. etc) so as to satisfy the NEED of the costumers

*The recently released BULL HD76 and it has the highest dump height

QUALITY COMES FIRST

The Bull Machine Pvt Ltd. concentrates on the quality of the products and the service they render

At his session he said “We will never compromise on the quality and the costumers trust us and god will not forgive if we compromise on the quality”

The quality service they give to the costumers is recognized all over India

*This company has acquired its own standards and worker quality

*This company is still a budding company but also a fast growing company as well

*Sri. V.Parthiban is now concentrating on the products which are suitable for Indian use and they have yet to take it into the global scale
