Responsible of supervising and coordinating proactively tasks and work plan of building processes, goal/target performances with the construction teamwork and contractors. Review contracts approvals, cost estimates, negotiating costs and schedules. Prepare and supervise architectural details with competitive costs and practical construction. Responsible of status reports, preparing and presenting oral and written technical reports to upper management.

In control of progress of the project managing delivered times of facilities projects. Study and analysis of new potential projects, making preliminary ideas and business studies. Constantly report the construction and project progress to key stakeholders.
