SWOT ANALYSISThe aim of the exercise is to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our hubs and labs.❏ In a team of 4-5 from different
hubs/labs ❏ Analyze strengths and weaknesses of
each lab/hub. ❏ Record the analysis on different flip
charts.❏ Identify common strengths and
weaknesses points that have appeared in all the hubs/labs involved in your team.
