Program Management

Account ManagementOur account managers are committed to developing long-term client relationships. Each account manager is a seasoned professional experienced in every aspect of the trade show industry. They personally supervise the entire project from the time the order is written to the final invoice. This level of personal attention ensures that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Event ManagementFrom coordinating trade show services to managing major corporate events, our event services department can coordinate all the necessary vendors and make all the arrangements. After the event, they meticulously review each vendor and subcontractor’s invoice and consolidate the charges into a single invoice.

TransportationWe utilize a select group of freight carriers with whom we have long standing relationships and guarantee the best rates and ensure the highest level of service. We have the expertise to handle shipments going anywhere in the world and the knowledge to complete the necessary paperwork required to clear customs.

Installation and DismantleWe can offer a broad base of show site expertise through our network of preferred subcontractors. We can also provide an ECI field supervisor that will direct the installation and dismantle of your exhibit. Our supervisors are skilled professionals who can travel with your exhibit anywhere in the world. Each supervisor possesses years of field experience, which enables them to handle many of the unexpected variables that can occur at the show.

WarehousingOur centrally located warehouses provide clients affordable access to the majority of major trade show destinations. Each warehouse is insured and has the latest security and fire suppression systems. In addition, we utilize a proprietary software program to arrange each shipment and track inventory movement from warehouse to show site.

Our corporate headquarters and main production facility is located just North of Dayton, Ohio. Unlike many of our competitors, we believe in maintaining a strong centralized production operation to optimize production efficiency and maximize capacity. This strategy translates into significant costs savings for our clients. Our 30,000 square foot nonunion shop utilizes state of the art production equipment, and is staffed by some of the most experienced carpenters, electricians, graphic technicians and exhibit specialists in the industry. In addition, we have a fully equipped graphics department capable of producing large format inkjet graphics, dimensional and vinyl lettering. Our Chicago service center is equipped to handle smaller fabrication projects and support clients who store their exhibits at our Chicago warehouse.
