ToysIn the olden-days they had toys like rocking-horses, dolls, marbles, cards,elastics, balls and skipping-ropes. Now we have iPads, Lego, loom-bands and chess.

TransportIn the past they had carriages with horses or ponies to pull the carriages along the road. Now we use cars or buses to go somewhere.

FoodIn the olden days they had bread and jam. Now we have chips,pizza,ice cream and sushi.

SportIn the past they had sport like horse riding,running and hopscotch.Now we have other ones like gymnastics and swimming.

MoviesIn the olden days when they went to the movies it was small and the video was black and white. Now we have humongous studios and in colour.

SchoolIn the past they came to school using pony carts and the teachers were strict. Now we use cars to come to school and the teachers are nicer.

HomesIn the olden days there was a lot of work to do.You would do the washing in a special way by scrubbing the clothes on a board. Now we put the clothes in the washing machine and press start.
