Where it is being used?Businesses such as IT merchant services or other

parts of the software architecture. It is a model for various transactions, including

both financial transactions and other processes like verifications.

It provides data for other business processes like management information system/ decision support system and special purpose information systems.

It can also be used to capture and process data that describes fundamental business transactions, update databases and to produce a variety of reports.

It is designed to support meetings and group works.

It is more focused on task support.It has come to mean computer software and

hardware used to support group functions and processes.
