Avoid starting on a Monday (unless it’s a five day Palooza, otherwise use Monday for final prepping)

UX Palooza Planning Checklist❏ Define the problem

❏ List SME’s❏ Find and lockdown a venue (e.g. Breather or highjack a conference room)❏ Notify Facilities❏ Schedule all invites

❏ Invite appropriate people❏ Assign the team

❏ Notify Managers if time needs to be requested❏ Notify everyone involved (incl. SME)

❏ Ensure everyone clears out calendars❏ If they can’t clear out calendar ask if they can be “on call” on Slack

❏ Assign a DJ❏ Plan a break to move (walk, lawn game, ping pong, etc)
