Your user is and should be the center of focus


Know Your Users

When about to launch a product, begin by understanding your users.

Then set product goals that meet their needs

Specific features come AFTER this in a user-centered design


Working with Personas

A fictional person that captures the

important aspects of your targetUsers.

Use it together with your productvision to create products that matchyour users’ needs
