project : - create an architectural proposalrequirements for a new social care center in Oradea. - provide the complete architectural documentation in order to obtain the building permit. - keep the exterior appearance in line with other Caritas Catolica buildings from Oradea. - design the building to be in line with Romanian codes and building regulation, including: accessibility, fireproofing, hygiene, safety of use, etc. - work closely with the consulting team in charge of obtaining the EU financing. - collaborate directly with the structural engineering team, the MEP engineer, and the construction cost and material specialist.
This project is my biggest, completed work, up to date.It was realised during my collaboration with a local architectural practicefrom Oradea, Romania (SC. POLIART SRL.).I was granted almost complete responsibility and freedom from the seniorarchitect and, it was a challenge and a joy to design this kind of buildingsand to collaborate very closely with an extremely pleasant and sociallyaware client.
