Philip Kozely is a Franco-

American architect.

Born in New-York City in

1954. Raised in New-York,

Alaska, Massachusetts

and in France. His family

lineage originated in

Grand Moravia, it’s

reputation is over 1000

years old.

His father was formerly a

high ranking government

official in the cabinet of

the last king of Yugoslavia.

Later, he was an economic

advisor for the United

States government.

His mother’s family is a

notable family, from the

country side, in Alsace

near Strasbourg, France.

This background has

helped Philip Kozely to

embrace the difference of

cultures and to be open-

minded to each of his

clients preferences.
