Transferable Lifetime Warranty

This is a Lifetime Labor warranty from Capitol Improvements, LLC. To you, the original consumer purchaser (“owner”). A Capitol Improvements employee’s verification is required for warranty to be

honored. This warranty is available for inspection prior to signing the sales agreement. Lifetime Labor Warranty: Lifetime Labor Warranty from the date of completion, and receipt of full payment. “Lifetime” means the Lifetime of the Shingle. Lifetime Labor Warranty does not include: damage to property caused by lightning, gale force winds, tornado, hailstorm, impact of foreign objects, foundation settlement, ice dam leakage, other contractors not employed by Capitol Improvements. This guarantee is not extended to any work completed by other contractors on your roof.

Manufacturer Warranties: Capitol Improvements will provide to you all manufacturers factory product warranty information applicable to your purchase.

How to Obtain Warranty Service: To submit a claim, visit www.improveitmd.com/claim or submit a copy to this warranty and a copy of the Owner’s original sales agreement. If a physical copy is mailed this must be submitted by registered mail to Capitol Improvements at 839 Bestgate Rd. Suite 400, Annapolis, MD 21401, along with a brief explanation of the claim. Capitol Improvements will schedule an appointment to inspect the premises and the warranty claim within a reasonable period of time after having received the claim. If Capitol Improvements determines the claim, as valid Capitol Improvements will repair, re-install, replace, or refund the purchase price of the failing Capitol Improvements service, at Capitol Improvements option. Transfer Warranty: These warranties are transferable by the Owner to a subsequent homeowner of the home where the products are installed. The Owner(s) may transfer these warranties only once. To transfer the warranty the Owner must give a copy of the Verified Warranty Certificate to the new homeowner. To the recipient of the Transferred Warranty: The recipient (new Owner(s) must notify Capitol Improvements of transfer (180) days after settlement.
