Totaler Program - May 2012 (VBA/Excel) Countless times exported reports with individual line items were available, and needed to be totaled or grouped a

certain way. A program was developed to take huge lists of individual data, and to sum the data based on

whichever column the user picked. This could be used to total sales by rep or store. Without a program, this

process would take up to 1 minute per item to calculate (with hundreds of items). This program totals large

groups of data within seconds.

This was the main form of the program. It would not run unless an external open Excel workbook was detected. Opening this

workbook automatically brought up this form. Once you select the workbook, sheet, and related columns the program would

automatically generate a totaled list in the background. This list could then be saved of printed. Some data was blurred to

protect propriety.
