Actors falling down the stairs 1x2=2 Actors will take precaution when coming up/down the stairs instead of rushing.

Tripping over cables/on the floor 1x2=2 Crew and actors will be cautious as well as moving all cables from the floor and keeping them out the way.

Spilling liquids onto electrics 2x4=8 All liquids will be kept away from electrics and there will be a someone that knows first aid on hand in case of burns etc.

Stranger danger 1x2=2 Actors and crew will be aware of people that approach and will have someone to deal with anyone that creates action

Crew being hit by traffic 2x4=8 This is unlikely to happen as majority of the filming will be indoors however if we do film outside the crews and actors will be cautious of cars.

Actor getting hurt during in kidnapping scene

1x2=2 Being very careful when handling the person being kidnapped.

Camera man falling whilst walking with the camera/tripod

1x2=2 Chris will be careful whilst walking with the tripod and make sure the camera and the tripod are separate at all times.

Someone slipping on wet floor 1x2=2 Trying not to film when the weather is wet and if we do being careful of the floor.

Drone causing harm to a crew member or actor by falling etc.

1x3=3 Being in control

Camera setting on fire 1x2=2 Unlikely to happen however if it does will make sure the camera is never overheating and always keep it in our view.
