• It has pitched roof, on that has applied aluminum plates tiles of Malaysia to give more natural & traditional look of Kerala.

The site having two side entry through main road and toward vembanand lake by boats.

It has several silent feature to attract the tourist such as spa the main attraction is kept in the center of the site and infinite pool will give the view of lagoon and lake.

CONCLUSIONS• The resort is design around a lagoon on bank of the vembanand lake .• 10 pool villas and 14 twin villas with lagoon in front are placed facing vembanad lake.• The site has been engraving with all the natural feature to enhance the tourists. • Architecturally the space having high definition of value.• The designer has been try to satiate all the recreational space.• all the zone has been separated to avoid the cluster movements.• Hotel block is bend to angles so as to get the view of the lagoon.
