iNeOM has no dependencies to other systems, it can fetch data directly from the BSC, RNC, and NodeB. iNeOM is the right system for redundancy purpose.

No need to call NOC to check the status of the RBS, by using iNeOM mobile, It’s so easy to get the status of RBS, just by a single click, the result will be shown in real time. iNeOM provides several basic measurement: node status, cell status, transmission status, IP accessibility, and also cell utilization. With this feature, RBS status could be accessed effortlessly.

Whether it’s a map or list, iNeOM provides the most comprehensive way to monitor alarm status. By predefined alarm category, it’s easy to choose what type of alarm category need to monitor. For collaboration approach, this feature also provide alarm remark feature that enabled everyone to see the last action from other team to the corresponding alarm.
Signal Reporter
iNeOM mobile equipped with signal reporter feature, that enables everyone to do signal test, live from the field. It is also combined with sharing function, so everyone can share the result to others, to be viewed directly from their smartphone.
With iNeOM mobile, everyone can give 1st level answer when they got a customer complaint. iNeOM will query alarm history of the given place and time, and visualize it using maps.
iNeOM provides integrated instant messaging feature for it’s user, if the discussion is related to alarms, just add them to the related data, so everyone can see the impact of the problem that being discussed.
