•  Using (and unhappy with) custom-built solution on campus!

•  Web forms and other potential “mod” use cases!

•  Understand their needs for a survey/form platform!

STEP 2: IDENTIFY AND UNDERSTAND THE “OTHERS”

components, and bringing in appropriate members of team!

STEP 4: TALK THINGS OVER WITH YOUR QUALTRICS REP

•  May require some selling!

•  Work through a central purchasing entity if possible to get help!

•  Make sure you get 3 year commitment in writing!

STEP 6: PURCHASE

•  SSO Coordination!

•  Administrative Structure!

•  Establish simple onboard process!

•  Transfer other instances!•  Upgrade process!•  Offline app and file upload add-

on!•  Qualtrics support is awesome!
