    YOU

    RESPONSIBILITY

    FOR

    the direction of your career

    the presentation of your skills

    knowing your value proposition

knowing what you want to do

knowing what you expect from an employer

Not only will the answers to these questions help guide your decisions, they will also prepare you to answer the interviewers questions more effectively.

You are expected to be the expert on you, and if you take the time to determine these issues before the interview, you will be in a much better position to present your expertise well.

  • BENEFITS

Knowing the answers to these questions before an interview also helps to guide your decision making.

You have the criteria on which to base decisions

You have clarity on what you need to learn in the interview, and what you need to convey

    You have greater confidence

  • Ultimately, there are two questions an interview is designed to answer:

Does the company want to hire you?

Do you want to work for this company?
