Role:  tender  writer,  project  manager  –  contractor  (2015-­2016)  Tasks:  Coordinating  of  European  Union  EACEA  Creative  Europe  projects  for  the  Hungarian  National   Theatre   and   for   the   Móra   Ferenc   Museum.   Completing   and   managing  TÁMOP-­Society  Operational  Program  tenders  for  firms.    

Role:  Project  assistant  –  ATIVIZIG  Alsó-­Tisza  Vidéki  Vízügyi  Igazgatóság  (2014)  Tasks:  Managing   the   programs   and   arranging   the   meetings   and   of   IPA-­Serbian   and  Hungarian  cross-­border  cooperation  projects.  

Role:  Project  manager,  Tender  writer  –  Leonardo  Kft.  (2008  –  2013)  Tasks:    Generating   projects   and   compiling   tenders   for   NGO-­s   (NEA-­National   Cooperation  Fund,   NCSSZI-­Famiy,   Youth   and   Demographic   Institute,   TÁMOP)   and     for   firms  (GOP-­Economic   Operational   Program,   HURO-­Hungary-­Romania   Cross   Border  Programs).  Completing  regional  development  projects  for  firms  and  applying  for  DAOP-­Regional  Operational  Program  tenders.

Operating  GOP  and  KEOP-­Environmental  Operational  Program  projects.    

Role:  Fundraiser,  Project  Manager,  Tender  Specialist  –  KIFE  –  Catholic  Youth.  and  Adult  Education  Association  (2005-­2011)  Tasks:  Succesfully  applied  for  EACEA  Active  European  Citizenship  tender  and  managed  this    international  project,  which  was  relized  in  the  cooperation  of  several  counties.    I  was  a  national  and  international  youth  expert  at  the  Ministry  of  Children,  Youth  and  Sport  and  at  the  European  Social  Fund.  Applied   for   international   (European   Comission   Education   and   Culture   –   Active  European   Citizenship,   Renovabis   Solidaritatsaktion   für   Osteuropa,   United   States  Conference  of  Catholic  Bishops)  and  national   (TÁMOP,  NCA,  OFA,  Mobilitás,   stb)  tenders.  Participated   in   the   implemention  of   these  projects  as  project  manager  and  was   responsible   for   their   financial   sustainability.   Coordinated   and   leaded   on   a  nationwide  fundraising  campaign  as  fundraiser.  Role:   Ügyvezető   asszisztens   –   KIFE   Katolikus   Ifjúsági   és   Felnőttképzési  Egyesület  (2003-­2005)  Tasks:  Operated  the  inner  tender  system  of  KIFE:  totalized  and  rated    the  tenders  applied  by  the   38   member   organisations   and   visited   the   supported   programs.   Organized  meetings  for  the  representatives  of  the  member  organizations  of  KIFE.    Took  part  in  the  organisation  of  the  International  Training  Teacher  Training  in  Hungary,  which  was  carried  out  under  the  Youth  in  2000-­2006  program.  Organized  trainings  an  programs  for  youth  and  student  civic  organizations  and  helped  them  to  compile  their  publications.    OTHER  PROFESSIONAL  EXPERIENCES  

Role:  Reformed  divinity  teacher  –  11  elementary  school  in  Szeged  (2014-­2016)  Tasks:  I  taught  reformed  divinity  classes  on  the  1-­8.  grades  according  to  the  class-­schedule  and  leaded  field  trips.    

Role:  Assistant  of  environmental  protection  –  Hortus  Bt.,  MKTeam  Kft.   (2002-­2003)  Tasks:  I  measured  the  status  of  the  woods  in  parks  and  alleys,  compiled  the  documentation  and  kept  contatc  with  customers.    

Role:  Organizer  –  Balatonszárszó  Reformed  Conferences  (Balatonszárszó  1992-­2000)    Tasks:  I  visited   the   familiar  secondary  school  and  university  groops  nationwide  for  sharing  good  practises  and  experiences.  

Role:  Youth  helper  -­  Kálvin  Square  Reformed  Church  (1993-­1998)  Tasks:  Organized   youth   programs   like   dramatic   performances,   choirs,   visit   to   the   twilight  home  or  prison.

Role:  Zoology  teacher  –  Zoo  Szeged,  Kisbalaton  (1993-­1998)  Tasks:  Leaded  documentary  and  showing  lessons  at  Zoo  Szeged,  where  we  provided  eye-­opener  experiences  for  elementary  school  students  according  to  their  syllabus.  Once   a   year   I   organized   ornitology   camps   for   elementary   and   secondary   shool  students  at  Kisbalaton.    STUDIES
