INTRODUCTION Being a believer without adequate impact on your

business organization, or your company is an error and a reproach to God and His kingdom.

I have discovered in life that what makes great and mediocre people is in their patterns of thinking. Nothing makes any man ‘who’ he becomes like the way he thinks; his belief-system/ideology

Becoming a world-changer does not depend on your profession, position, size/class of your organization/company, location, salary/wages/benefits nor age.

Changing an organization, a company, a country—or a world—begins with the simple step of changing yourself.

WHAT DOES WORK MEAN TO YOU?

1. A means/channel to actualize potentials. It is a means for self-actualization (Maslow’s theory).

It is a means just to get busy. It is means for survival; what to eat, wear, where to live etc

2. A medium to derive fulfillment.

It is primarily for financial reward and gain.

3. An avenue for making contribution to my organization; in other words, fulfilling God’s purpose for my life.

An avenue to get back from the government and the society at large; getting rich quick.

4. It is the pathway in pursuit of divine plan.

It is the path to reach my goals; buying a car, building a house, getting married, having children and enjoying the good things of life.

FOUNDATION: HOW TO “BECOME THE CHANGE” YOU INTEND TO CREATE? (My diary).

The most important factor in your world are people (Gen.1:28). In other words, until you “become the change” to dominate your job, you don’t become a person of influence.

You can’t influence your business organization, your company, until you make your world believe in your ideology (John1:1).

Bill Gates, Enoch Adeboye, David Oyedepo and the likes, are not just persons, but ideologies. Irrespective of the environment, these men will still create the same desired change (Gen.1:28-dominion).

1. Cultivate the “change-agent” mentality about work:

This is the first step of becoming the change you intend to create. With this in mind, you are strategically positioning yourself on the cutting-edge as a change agent.

2. Raise your standard (what is demanded of oneself?):

History chronicles the inspiring examples of people like Abraham Lincoln, Helen Keller, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Jr., Albert Einstein, Soichiro Honda, and many others who took the magnificently powerful step of raising their standards. Nothing lesser than excellence must be tolerated

Excellence is more than well done. (what is excellence). Excellence means going beyond the mark, delivering superior quality, producing works of distinction and constantly upgrading and refining..

3. Change Your Limiting Beliefs (possibility mentality- a function of mental exposure, information & association):

Our beliefs are like unquestioned commands, telling us how things are, what's possible and what's impossible, what we can and can not do. They shape every action, every thought, and every feeling that we experience.

How much do you think Gandhi would have accomplished had he not believed with every fiber of his being in the power of nonviolent opposition?

HOW TO “BECOME THE CHANGE” YOU INTEND TO CREATE?

4. Change your strategy In order to keep your commitment, you need

the best strategies for achieving results. One of my core beliefs is that if you set a higher standard, and you can get yourself to believe it, then you certainly can figure out the strategies.

Some strategies are: Role-model/mentor strategy, time management strategy, skill upgrade strategy, extra-expectation strategy, personal grooming and dress etiquette strategy, character/integrity strategy, info-diversification strategy
