Finding your Rep homepage

Your Reps homepage is accessible via the grey toolbar that appears at the top of your page wherever you are on Milkround

Basic profile options

Circled is one of the most important pieces of information. This link is unique to you and is what you will need to share with other students to gain their registration to Milkround

When students sign up via this link they are associated to you and eligible for payment once they have confirmed

Sending emails from your Rep pageWithin ‘Invite friends’ you will see this screen. This page allows you to invite friends/contacts directly from your Milkround Rep page

The message is editable so feel free to change to suit your style but ensure you communicate the key benefits of joining Milkround so that your friends know what they are signing up to

Messaging

Within your messages page you will see communication from Milkround HQ. We may contact you to inform you of updates, competitions, news or we may be replying to a query from you

To contact Milkround from your Rep account click ‘send message’ or you can reply to a message you have received by clicking ‘Reply’ next to the message received

When you receive a new message you will see the number of new messages in a bracket following ‘Messages’ in your Rep tool bar until you click in to read these

Sign ups

This page details your sign ups collected A user is only eligible for payment once they have confirmed

A confirmed users is someone who has registered via your link, received the confirmation email and clicked to confirm the sign up details are correct

If a user is showing as registered but not confirmed then they will not be paid until they are confirmed

Editing Rep profileThis page allows you to edit your address information. Any required field will show a red cross (as seen here) if they are not complete

Editing bank details

It is essential for payment that once you have become a Rep you enter your bank details

It is possible to be a registered Rep without bank details, without these you will not be paid – check this section!

If your bank details change or are incorrect it is up to you to update these to ensure payment comes through for your Rep work

Share your link info

This page allows you to share your link in recommended email signatures. There are two versions, one in HTML and one in plain text – these are both editable versions

Other helpful tipsWhen sharing your link via social media you may find it

to be too long (especially for Twitter) there are a number of link shortening websites that you can sign up to for free, for example:• Bitly.com• Goo.gl• Ow.ly

These often allow you to track clicks to the link
