Some Client Testimonials…

Hey Scott,

Your messages are so inspiring!! I am so grateful that Ann shared the link with me.

As for as your last two messages; I completely agree with you that people have a tendency to be overly critical. My Mother, who to me was a very wise woman, always told me that it’s easier to be nice than to be mean and to treat people with kindness and respect. I have held onto her words throughout my life and they have proven to be quite beneficial to me. Am I perfect, no and have I mistakenly judged people in the past, yes BUT as I matured and began to realize just how powerful her words were, then I truly began to understand how being critical about people only hurts you…not them. Your training here at F&T has helped me realize that the “stories” we have in our “files” only make working relationships bad and empting those files in a timely manner keeps the flow of life in the office, positive and productive. I have had many hardships recently with the loss of my husband last year but keeping that positive attitude and seeing the good in all the people who have touch my life before and after my husband cancer battle, have helped me survive.

Thanks Scott, for such wonderful words of wisdom!!!

Scott,

I typically forward your emails to my daughter. She is 26 years old and is a Nursing Home Administrator in Cleveland, Ohio. Among her responsibilities, is coaching her staff. Most of her staff are older than her and although she is a very confident young lady, your advice hits home with the issues and solutions she works with on a daily basis. Thanks for keeping the electronic newsletter coming.

I heard you speak at an Adhesive and Sealant Council Leadership Conference roughly 15 years ago. I was greatly impressed with your approach and I use your newsletter to guide and remind me of your message. I have read Unshackled Leadership and work hard to embrace your insights.

Thanks for helping me help my daughter become a better administrator and team member.

Best regards,

Larry

Hello Scott...

Thank you for reaching out to us on the call. Your presence in my life is a treasure, a gift that I deeply appreciate. You have the ability, in a conference call, to continually bring the group back to focusing on the specific current issue, how our words that we use to describe our response to the particular situation deliver us to the situation that we in fact create in our current experience with our own words.

The insight is invaluable and your ease in coaching is inspiring. Your message is constant. Who can change our experience is us. When we use the tools you provide us with, with an intention to grow, we develop a new skill. What is left for us to do is to employ your guidance and produce a different result, hopefully the result desired. Yours is a gift that I am so grateful for. I look forward to our next call.

Very sincerely,

B. B.

Wow!! Very powerful message Mr. Hunter!! It is funny how Universe comes around with a solution or a potential possible solution to questions that are currently on one's mind. Your newsletter today was spot on to a situation in my family that I am struggling with at the moment. Then wammo, here in the i-ching box pops your letter!

Your observations over the past few month's have been very focused, concise, and motivational, more than usual. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Safe Travels,

K.K. Sales Engineer

Scott,

I am so glad that our paths crossed several years ago at one of the Credit Research Foundation forums. You have a different point of view from me on many issues which has helped me reevaluate some of my hard held beliefs.

I really enjoyed the class.

Probably the most important of the lessons is the importance of a razor sharp vision. If you observe anyone in life that is successful, clarity of focus is the key attribute. I think I am a more positive person now. I try very hard not to pass judgment anymore. I try to see the gold in everyone.

I hope that you copy the lessons to CD’s and give the class attendees a discounted price….If I were going to change anything about the class, I would recommend having two sessions a month instead of one, even if it means you shorten the length of the program. Sometimes it seem like there was too much time between the sessions.

Thanks again.

Mike

Hi Scott,

Page 4: Unshackled Leadership Client Testimonials

The last meeting was good!  I'm currently building debt at a rather quick pace due to twins in college, however I am still able to keep things going.

I finally got my own business (automotive maintenance and repair program) up and running in July and have sold 5 plans so far!  Not much income, however it was enough to pay some of the bills.

My other business that I co-own with my brother (auto repair shop) is doing well.  We have been able to meet all the bills from our expansion last year and start to recoup our cash flow.  We were able to purchase a new tow truck this year and we are still only about 25% down in cash flow compared to just before we started the expansion.

I'm not where I would like to be at financially, but if things continue going like they are now, I should be able to have all my debt cleared up in 3 to 5 years.

My goal is to keep reinforcing the positive thoughts about money and know that my "Father" will continue to take good care of me.

Thank you for your support.  I know I don't utilize your program to the fullest, however you have helped me more than you think.

Thanks again!

Rick K

Hi Scott,

I was on the call and I have to say that this information that you are presenting is hard for me to get my arms around. I get the ego vs love thing- hard to do but I understand it but I still have trouble with the idea of me creating the negative things that happen and unfold before me as part of my own movie (or multiple act play).

BTW my number was a 6. I am much more aware of my self talk. I find myself judging, judging , judging every day, every hour almost by the minute. this is better than tat, I am hiring for my sales team and this person is a better fit than this one...it goes on and on.

I like the time of 8 pm CDT but I travel so sometimes I am East, Central and West. If I am not traveling, the day is great because I am fresher but carving out an hour sometimes is tough. If I am not on a plane or at a business dinner, then evenings are great.

I have to think about what my self limiting beliefs are. These are things that I have heard from hundreds...maybe thousands of people in my life and slowly change them from what I am thinking are truths...to beliefs. Such a quantum shift. It shakes the very ground you hold true and stand on. It is very unsettling . I forgive all those people who have played a role in me adapting this "truths" which have fed the ego. this includes forgiving myself for accepting this crap.

I struggle with anger issues, self worth and money issues . these are my main demons.

I have a strong hope that I can continue to question the Ego driven ideas that flood my mind daily, hourly almost constantly and eradicate them or at least take the power away from them.

I would like the copy of your notes from this session and the one before that I was forced to listen to via recording as I was traveling on business. Hope you have a happy and terrific 4th.

Thanks for sharing these concepts which are surely rocking my world. I consider you one of my life coaches and I want to tell you that your effect on me will have effects on many others who consider me one of their coaches.

Regards,

Bill B
