Provides programs and resources for University of Iowa faculty, staff and students to attract, retain and engage them throughout their careers by providing an environment where individuals can be successful in their professional, academic and personal lives.

New parent resources

• On-campus lactation rooms– Breast pumps in many of the lactation rooms– Breast pump parts available for purchase– A lactation room automatically goes into the

plans for most new construction or major renovations on campus

• Breast pumps available to loan out to new mothers• New parent resource guide

Flexibility in the workplace

• Provides leaders and employees with guidance, resources and tools to create a supportive, inclusive and productive work environment– Tool kit of forms – Best practices for flexibility
