• On-campus lactation rooms– Breast pumps in many of the lactation rooms– Breast pump parts available for purchase– A lactation room automatically goes into the

plans for most new construction or major renovations on campus

• Breast pumps available to loan out to new mothers• New parent resource guide

Alliance for Work-life Progress Seal of Distinction

• In 2014 The University of Iowa was awarded the AWLP Seal of Distinction

• This designation recognizes employers who demonstrate leadership in workplace strategies and practices.
