8. Avoid NegativeWhen working, you meet a lot of people from varied backgrounds. Take your time and observe them carefully. Do not be in any hurry of getting friendly with anybody soon. You do not know their intentions, what they think of you or how they are. So once you take time and understand them, keep as much distance as you can from people who seem negative. 10. Nothing Is RigidYou are not forced to work in any company if you are being mistreated, exploited or underappreciated. Do not think twice but leave the job. If it doesn't give you happiness but stress, then it's not meant to work out. You must learn to value yourself more.
